The Artists are independent contractors and are not employees. As independent contractors, the Artists assume all responsibility for withholding taxes, social security, state taxes, public liability, and worker's compensation insurance.

All artists/groups are TRIBUTE artists/groups unless specifically agreed to in written contract form.

The contractor is responsible for all Federal, State, and Local licenses or permit and for any copyright, royalty, trademark fees or related costs, if any. Contractor assumes all responsibility for the proper liability insurances.

All music is for listening pleasure only and not for commercial use.

TCB Entertainment is not to be held responsible for any acts of neglect, negligence, and the like committed by the independent contractors.
